I’ve just returned from another session of volunteered time at our local Red Cross Children’s hospital – where 3 inspired friends and myself removed our baggage and allowed ourselves to be vessels for love, laughter, play and light to flow through – the space we created was JOY…
A great gift…
a gift that grows as it’s’ shared
I would love to see this inspired volunteering continue to grow

Giggly Greetings Care Clowns!!
I saw a television insert on the Care clowns on Free Spirit I think….a few weeks ago and it immediately resonated with me and peaked my interest in two ways:
1) Becoming a volunteer myself…having had a terminally ill brother who at one point languished in the uninspiring environments of frail care facilities in Cape Town
and
2) having one of newsroom collagues cover a story on what you do.
I would really appreciate it if you got back to me if you share any of my interests?!
