I’ve been so hard on myself in the past… so much time has been wasted stuck in the inner destruction of my mind/ego, when I look truthfully at the words and attacks I use on myself I see they are not kind, not helpful & I see that when I choose to rather love me – I can do so much more.
If you’re alone, I’ll be your shadow. If you want to cry, I’ll be your shoulder. If you want a hug, I’ll be your pillow. If you need to be happy, I’ll be your smile. But anytime you need a friend, I’ll just be me. ~Author Unknown
