Reduce, Re-Use, Recycle – caring for the planet just feels good – it’s that simple
You keep hearing about these 3 words, seeing it on the garbage trucks and those three simple words mean a lot … REDUCE the amount you consume – if you’re eating healthier you don’t need as much and support the local fruit and veg sellers, the give you less plastic, which means less to re-cycle… and do RECYCLE. Think of the amount of trash you have every week – it’s all going to a landfill and there’s just too much land full of trash. In my home, we’ve cut our waste down by more than half by just separating and recycling our glass, plastic, paper and tin and now I pop over to the recycle depot and feel great joy when I hand over my trash knowing it’s not fulling a landfill and will be recycled for use again. And when I take my containers and RE-USE them and come up with creative ways to Re-use anything – it feels good, it feels like I’m part of the solution
