REWARD a JOY

Giggle greetings dear supporters of joy…
Today I am one day away from 100 blog entries and appropriately my joy session is full of the lesson of REWARD…
When a project or goal is achieved… REWARD REWARD REWARD… it doesn’t have to be material – but go back to your JOY LIST (from the 1st joy sessions ) and give yourself something you LOVE to do – NO COMPROMISE… for me it would be something like a walk in nature, or a gentle swim in the ocean or a relaxing candle lit bath with my favorite music. That sacred time fuels me and makes me want to achieve more… The greater the achievement, the greater the award… When I’ve sold 100 000 copies of my JOY BOOK, I will reward myself and my man, with an island holiday… teehee
