SOW JOY & LOVE & Reap joy & love
It’s that simple… I’m experiencing this miraculous exchange every day… I’ve been JOY and LOVE focused for over 6 years now and on low days… it just comes back and fuels me…
I have that cheesy 80’s song in my mind –“sowing the seeds of love, the seeds of love” – what if we all committed to sowing LOVE in the world. I know when I plant seeds and I nurture and love them they grow into beautiful plants or flowers. Their growing beauty I am able to benefit from, the joy they fill me with as I observe their beauty or add spice to my meals with their leaves or fruits are a like so many relationships a Blessing, a giving and receiving I could not manage without.
THE WORLD would be a very inspired place if we all committed to sowing seeds of LOVE and nurtured them continuously – and how – by greeting & smiling at strangers, by doing random acts of kindness and by thinking LOVE before acting out in anything. Here’s a Big “YAY” for sowing the seeds of Love & Joy…
