The truth really does set you free…
I’ve found over the years I”ve reverted back to my child-like ways of expressing exactly how things make me feel – this gives the other person a chance to have meaningful conversation with me, as it equally inspires them to express their truth…
NOT TO SAY it’s easy, but it really is so rewarding, my relationships are stronger and much more real because of it… trick is… express your truth with love in your heart and give the other/s a chance to have a good non-judgemental ear, when they express their truth
